☆Bh style☆ is looking for staff to work with us. We are a popular eyelash salon with locations in Omotesando, Tokyo and Chatan, Okinawa.
Due to the location, many customers come to us looking for high-quality service, and we are proud of the atmosphere in which our staff can work and enjoy their treatments.

Currently, we operate as a small salon with 1-2 staff members, creating a homely atmosphere where communication with customers is important.
For the past 22 years, I have been guiding lash artists to open their own practice.
Our salon also has an Okinawa branch called "Lash bar Bh style."
We have many Western customers, so if you want to work as a lash artist overseas but are worried about your English skills, you can start by working at our Okinawa store. You can also try to improve your English skills.
This spring, some of our staff will be heading overseas after improving their skills, and one of our company's distinctive features is that we have the ambition to not only focus on the "Omotesando Lash Artist" brand, but also on overseas markets.
We have adopted a contract work system (completely commission-based) so that each staff member can work freely.
In addition, the owner himself is a lash designer, so he can provide on-site support for technical matters, so please feel free to consult with us.

Application requirements

◎ Lash artist (eyelash artist)
・Eyelash extensions & eyelash perm, eyebrow menu, etc.

★Minimum monthly salary starts at 320,000 yen (specifically) average actual salary is 400,000 yen (maximum salary is 520,000 yen)
★If your store sales exceed the amount set at the beginning of the month, you will automatically receive a reward of 50,000 yen!
We work with a small number of staff (2-3 people) to achieve sales for the store, so it's a simple way of working that results in immediate compensation.
Holidays and vacations
Contract work: Flexible attendance system (those who can work 2 days or more per week are welcome)
Contract employee: 2 days off per week Part-time employee: 2 days a week or more
Eligibility
◎Hold a cosmetology license. ・Experience as a lash artist (eyelash artist) is welcome. ・Age is not an issue, gaps are OK
・Those who can work on weekends and holidays

Transportation expenses: Paid only to contract employees and part-time workers (up to a maximum of 18,000 yen)

We also have the Okinawa branch of Lash Bar Bh Style, which is visited by many American customers, so if you want to acquire customer service skills in English, you can also become a lash artist (eyelash technician).
If you would like to work as a lash designer (eyelash artist) overseas someday, you may be able to transfer to our Okinawa store.
